Anna - APDO accredited Professional Organiser and Business Owner

I’m Anna, the founder of Destination Organised, and I have a deep passion for helping people create spaces that bring calm, order, and clarity to their lives. My background in Teaching and Learning has given me the skills to communicate and guide people through the decluttering process in a supportive, understanding way. I started my journey in 2017, working with the military community to help them declutter and organise their homes. Over time, I realised my true passion lay in supporting individuals who are neurodiverse or have hoarding tendencies, and I decided to focus my expertise in this area.

I understand that decluttering isn’t just about tidying up—it’s about creating a space where people can thrive. I work with compassion, patience, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique needs, helping them to build systems that work for them.

Sustainability is a key value for me, and I am committed to ensuring that anything we declutter is either recycled or repurposed to benefit others in our community or within our clients. Reducing waste while helping those in need is something I am incredibly passionate about.

I am here to offer you support, understanding, and practical solutions to create an environment that works for you, so you can focus on the things that matter most.

Meg - Professional Organiser

Meg is a professional organiser with a wealth of experience in enabling and supporting clients in challenging environments. With a background in working in childcare and family enabling , Meg is a true expert when it comes to organising and decluttering spaces for families, particularly playrooms and family-focused areas. She understands the importance of creating functional spaces that can keep up with the demands of family life, and her organisational solutions are both practical and family-friendly.

Meg’s compassionate approach shines through also in her work in the public sector. Her experience working in hoarded spaces allows her to offer understanding and support, creating a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to make positive changes in their homes. She works with kindness and patience, ensuring every step of the decluttering process is handled with care.

Meg plays a key role in our top-up tidy services. Her enabling background makes her a perfect fit for supporting clients long-term, helping them maintain their organised spaces and ensuring they can live in functional, clutter-free homes for years to come.

Hillet - Professional Organiser 

Hillet is a talented professional organiser with a unique background in both fashion design and interior design. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, Hillet excels at blending style with practicality. She brings a thoughtful, creative approach to every project, ensuring that each space she works on is not only organised but also visually stunning.

Having worked as an interior designer, Hillet has a deep understanding of how design elements can enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of a space. Whether it’s a small corner in your home or an entire office, she’s skilled at transforming any area into a place that works for you, while reflecting your personal taste.

Hillet works regularly with clients who need a balance of form and function, helping them create spaces that are both practical to live or work in and a pleasure to look at. Her focus is on making spaces that serve your needs while also adding beauty and harmony to your environment.

Amy- Professional Organiser 

Amy is a professional organiser with a creative flair, bringing her artistic background to every project she works on. With a compassionate and kind approach, she has a natural ability to connect with clients and offer the support they need to declutter and organise their spaces. Amy’s creative eye allows her to transform chaotic environments into harmonious, functional spaces that feel both welcoming and calming.

Recently joining the Destination Organised team, Amy has quickly made an impact, particularly within the public sector. She works predominantly with clients in fuller homes, offering support to those with hoarding tendencies. Amy’s compassionate nature ensures that each client feels understood and respected as they work towards a more organised and functional living space.

Her ability to combine creativity with practicality helps clients see their spaces in new ways, and her gentle approach makes the process feel less overwhelming. Amy is passionate about helping people make lasting changes to their homes, offering not just organisation, but peace of mind.

Camilla- Professional Organiser

Camilla is a professional organiser with a keen eye for detail and a warm, smiley personality that instantly puts clients at ease. She works across all areas of the Destination Organised service, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to every project, no matter how big or small. Camilla’s ability to create strong, lasting relationships with our regular clients speaks to her approachable nature and dedication to providing a personalised, supportive experience.

As a key member of our team, Camilla frequently works with the public sector, helping to organise and declutter spaces in a way that makes them both functional and welcoming. Her attention to detail ensures that every space is transformed efficiently and thoughtfully, with a focus on creating harmony in the home or workplace.

Outside of organising, Camilla enjoys spending time with her lovely dog, Holly, and can often be found on long walks in the fresh air. A true animal lover, Camilla enjoys meeting your furry friends during her visits and believes that pets play an important role in creating a warm and happy home.

Lizzie- Professional Organiser/ Cleaner

 Lizzie is a professional organiser and cleaner with Destination Organised, bringing both her organisational expertise and cleaning skills to support clients in creating functional, clutter-free homes. She primarily works with the public sector, helping individuals with hoarding tendencies to organise their spaces in a compassionate and supportive way, ensuring they can live comfortably and functionally in their homes.

In addition to her organising work, Lizzie also supports our team with cleaning services, helping to restore cleanliness and order as part of our bigger decluttering projects. Her attention to detail and thorough approach ensures that every space is left not just organised, but refreshed and spotless.

When Lizzie isn’t working with us, you’ll find her perfecting her incredible cakes at The North Devon Baker. Whether you're planning a wedding, a function, or any special event, Lizzie’s cakes are sure to impress—just one more way she brings her passion and creativity to everything she does!

Ben - Bespoke furniture creator and Handyman

Ben is a skilled carpenter and is such an asset to Destination Organised. He regularly builds flatpack furniture for our clients and can design and create bespoke storage solutions for those tricky areas, so you can maximise your space.
